    To take care of them just like you would if they came in M-F.

    Now, I wouldn't go out on a Saturday to change a light bulb (in fact, I tell my tenants to change their own bulbs, not worth my time to deal with that) but if there is no water, an overflowing toilet (and a plunger didn't work), heat won't turn on in the winter, flooding or electrical that isn't working, get the right people out there ASAP.
