I know nothing about being a landlord. I need a book to read that has all of the little things like paper work, rules and regulations, legal info, ect. Can someone point me to the best all around book that could help me?

I am currently listening to The Book on Managing Rental Properties by BP co-host Brandon Turner. I would recommend this.
