Does anyone have a solid connection to a photographer in Cincinnati who can take professional level photos of a rental and spruce them up in Photoshop?  

How much does this typically cost?

@Joey Palmer the pictures are great, but I'd bet a lot of money that you only lasted 18 hours because of the impeccable design choices you guys made!

Is your resale listing the one from this March (closed in April) or is that when you bought it to flip it?  I was able to find the house because of the street number in one of the photos...
