What's the Rental Market Like in Montgomery Village, Maryland????

1) How long do townhouses with 2 or 3 bedrooms stay advertised before getting it leased?

2) Would advertising it on your own on craigslist and trulia be sufficient, instead of spending over a thousand of dollars to hire a professional to do the same?

Montgomery Village should take you 3 to 4 weeks to get a renter typically depending on price point. You can easily find a renter on your own. Germantown is a little faster than the village. I usually say 2 to 3 weeks there.

If your property is built before 1978 you need to get a lead inspection.
