Current tenant delaying move-out (new tenant needs to move in)

I own a unit in Chicago. My renter told me he was going to move out by 8/28, so I rented the place to a couple expecting to move in on 9/1. Now my outgoing renter is having a hard time finding a moving company, which makes me worry that he may not be out by the 1st. The incoming tenant has to be out of their old place on the 1st, so they'll have no place to go if the current tenant doesn't vacate. I'm at a loss and could use some advice.

I know how you are feeling but good thing is your current tenant is move out but can't find mover so help current tenant in finding mover.

Secondly, you should have in the LA that, if the new tenant can not move in X days then they should change the lease date or terminate the lease date.

Thirdly based on the current tenant situation inform new tenant about your current tenant problem.

Just relax and all will be fine!
