Does anyone own a building that only houses an ATM?

I have been looking around on Loopnet and I found a property for sale that is 600 sqft and it houses an BofA ATM as it's only tenant.

Has anyone had experience owning such a property?

To second @Chris Mason you may want to consider "highest and best use" of that site. It seems like a really good location, and if it is zoned right you can simply develop it after the BofA lease is over.
