Boilers in Newark

I have a mfr in Newark and the boilers seem to need replacing. I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience dealing with this problem & what they'd consider to be fair for a boiler for a 3-4 br unit. Not looking for someone to do the job as much as what it *should* cost me.
