Sub-metering worth it on a Tri-Plex?

Good Morning BP Family, I'm closing on my first triplex this Wednesday, and wanted to get your thoughts on submetering water/sewage. I'm in a Student/recent graduate neighborhood, and the other properties have water paid by owner. That being said, my property is one of the only ones with a washer and dryer in each unit. I reached out to a couple submetering companies and below is the best offer I received: "The meters cost around $500 each and we give you the NoWire data collector for free. The monthly monitoring fee is a flat $50 per month which 99% of our property managers just pass on to each resident in their Guardian bill ($50/3). For a firm quote I just need you to confirm whether or not the meters will be installed indoors or outdoors and whether or not you require 1" or 3/4" water meters. Please let me know if you have any questions." Question: given the information above and the cost of sub-metering, do you believe that this is worth it?
