Property management question

Lets say you are waiting for your property management to find someone to fill a unit. my question is what if YOU have found someone that you think would be a good candidate, can you contact your property manager and ask them to do their magic on this certain someone and get them in the unit? I hope this makes sense.

@Andrew McIntyre just call up the PM, and see if they can work with you on the leasing fee, most will. They still need to process the credit, criminal, etc..... get the lease prepared and get the property ready. We also have our units professionally inspected, so still a lot to do after you find the rental prospects
