Notice of Termination for a Month-to-Month Lease - Baltimore City
I am looking to terminate a month-to-month lease in Baltimore City. I must give 60 days notice to vacate. Does anybody have a sample of one? Thanks

Sure: dear tenant, this is your 60 day notice to leave property x, your last day of legal possesion is y, yoir responsible for rent through that day, return the house as you received it, money owed will be deducted from sec deposit. Go to hell. Sincerely, landlord
