Grinder pump on duplex!!!!..... help
How do I manage electric bills on a duplex if a grinder pump is installed on one panel? I'm looking into a duplex that has a failed septic. They are going to install a grinder pump. How do I go about with electric in the future if utilities are split as of now? Or is there something I can do before install to solve this down the road. Thank you so much.
