Hi BP! Just purchased a single family home complete renovated in Austin, TX (East Austin) and I'm having a hard time finding renters because of the "area". Any tips on how you find quality tenants in the Austin Area?

@Jocelyn Ahuja the east Austin area is improving rapidly.  If you have a nice clean property you should have no problem renting it out.  I own two duplexes in east Austin .  List in hotpads.com, zillow,, craigslist.  But you will also find great success in these Facebook pages.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/310655909069975/
