Property Manager Servicing Longmont and Lakewood, CO?

Question

Looking for a PM for properties in Longmont and Lakewood, CO. I've spoken to about a dozen PM's already, none will service both Longmont and Lakewood. Looking to have all properties managed by one PM. Anyone have any leads on a decent PM that services both Jeffco and Boulder County?

Richard Galdieri · Answer

I've heard good things about the following. But they are PM's so I think at the end of the day you have to deal with a bit of trial and error. Four Star, House Helpers, All County, 8z. Not sure any of them works the Lakewood area though. Hope that helps.

@Steve King have you talked with @Marc Cunningham with Grace Property Management? I know he covers a good portion of the Denver and Boulder area.
