Tenant Screening and Payment Collection Services

I have a mobile home that I am starting the process of taking applicants for. Someone told me about a service called Rent Perfect, but outside of the initial recommendation and the company's website, I haven't heard anything else about them. Is anybody familiar with this service? Does anyone have any other recommendations of companies that provide the same range of services? (Background check, credit report check, payments collections / reminders, etc). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

There's quite a few "online rent collection" services, and most of them also provide credit checking, among other services. Here is a listing:

I myself use "ClearNow" for rent payments. I use "American Tenant Screen" for many years for credit checking.  See:

Note that if you are new, to obtain tenant credit reports, the tenant has to OK it online. Because I was with American Tenant Screen for many years, I was vetted, and I had an office visit from them, so I don't need the tenants permission for a credit report, I just go online and request one.

So far, I have no complaints for ClearNow.

There is another service, called Cozy that's much discussed on this site.
