What is conventional with supplying fridges in SFHs?
Do you supply or make the tenant supply their own?
I believe this depends on your market. In the Iowa market where I invest it is rare to see either SFH or MFH without a stove and fridge and my guess is that it would take a long time to find a tenant if you did not supply those while everyone else does. I do have an Aunt that invests somewhere in California that says no landlords in her area supply fridges.

In my rentals, I supply fridge, range, and dishwasher. Pretty standard in Oklahoma.
I was assuming provide them as I would expect it if I was renting but just saw some posts on here from people who did not so I was curious. Sounds like provide is the right way to go. Thanks all.
I make it optional in my rentals. About half the tenants have a refrigerator and don't need one. For the tenants that need one I charge an extra $25 / month.
