Rent payments from new tenants
Hi everyone,
We just acquired 9 new doors and inherited 6 new tenants ( the other 3 are vacant for now). I was wondering if there are softwares or ways of having all tenants pay their rent other than the way we do it now, through Zelle.

Why would you want to steer away from Zelle? Payments are real time, and funds are accessible immediately with NO fees. Doesn't get much better than that. I love Zelle.
