Foreclosure, rental, appliances
Let's say that I purchase a home in foreclosure and let the former owner stay as a renter. If one of the appliances, that they purchased as the former owner, dies, am I responsible for the replacement or repair? I have not done this, however, it popped into my head and I thought I would ask here.
