Tenant Wants to Build Credit with Rent Track ?

One of my tenants wants to build her credit with a  rent reporting company that goes to Trans Union...she would be paying the monthly fees...I guess they then issue me a check...anyone had any experience with this ?

I believe your tenant would pay you as she normally does, not through the rent reporting company and you would be contacted each month by the reporting company to confirm that rent was paid in a timely manner and then they would report to the credit agency. Hope this helps!
