I like taking run down homes and making them into nice livable houses and putting painters... plumbers and agents etc... to work and still making some money for me at the end of the day...more satisfaction than the stock market...

Realtors around here ALWAYS come up with that ...then try to get you to offer highest and best...in other words up your offer...DON'T DO IT...stick to your original offer...only one time in many years was there an actual real second offer...
