I got one of those Quicken prequal letters with an offer today...it clearly states they ( the potential buyers) have not provided proof of income or assets...I guess all Quicken did was run a credit check ( if that) ...how does that make a buyer in any way qualified to make an offer...why don't they get qualified by providing the necessary financial documents and THEN go out and make offers and stop wasting folks time...ok rant over :) 

One of my tenants wants to build her credit with a  rent reporting company that goes to Trans Union...she would be paying the monthly fees...I guess they then issue me a check...anyone had any experience with this ? 

I see more and more house ads on Facebook has anyone ever sold a house through Facebook ? How about Craig's List ? Seems like more and more agents using CL to list houses including higher end ones....

Can you delay the closing until you are sure if you are moving ?

Although the rental market is very strong ...it is extremely tough to find cash flowing properties here

I don't care who makes the bad decision not to list the address... I just care that then the house does not appear on my searches....I still do not see the point of not having the address in the listing ...

I have better things to do then call various agents and try to figure out where the heck these houses are located !!! I can not imagine the owners want privacy over sales !!!

What is wrong with these agents ? Why do they put listings on Realtor.com with "address not disclosed" and then tout an open house...that I can't go to because I don't know the address ....why should I have to try to contact some lazy or "busy" Realtor to ask what the address it...good luck to that seller !
