i need some advice on a real estate agent
I hired a real estate to collect rent back to 2011, we been working well since then. But this year 201 8 from jan, feb and march.
he collect the rent and didn't give me to me yet still ~! everytime i ask him he said he will deposit to me.... what should i do?

Are you out of state from the property? If not, take a ride over to the agent's office and speak to him/her directly. Or maybe call the broker that the agent works for and talk to them. I also think it's time to find a new property manager.
