Best Alternatives for Rent Payments
I am in the process of closing on the purchase of an 8-Unit apartment complex in Florida. Each unit has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property is within 1 mile of a major public University. Each of the bedrooms lease separately, so I will be getting 32 separate rent payments.
I am an out-of-state owner/investor and will have a professional management company assisting me, however, I am looking for input regarding the best alternatives for rent payments.
