Book Keeping Records for Rental Properties
Does anyone out there have a really solid book keeping spreadsheet/template they use on their rental properties? Something to keep track of all of your records, rents, cost, expenses, etc... thank you

Search on the "Forms" part of Bigger Pockets. I found a robust 5 star form for income and expenses that you can download, I thought it was really good and just started using it.
