Terminology and words to learn

Just starting out and would like terms to get familiar with and master. Plus if there any recommendations on books or start up steps would be greatly appreciated. Just starting up and going threw the learning stage.

hmmm, interesting and fun question. 

We just had "estoppel agreement". I'd add "Tenancy in common", "Quiet enjoyment" as well as "deposit" and "fee" there is a difference so make sure you know it.
