Average Occupancy by Tennant
So I'm in the process of getting a property manager and and I asked them the average length of occupancy by tennant and they told me 20 months. Is this number normal or should I run for the hills. I'm curious to know what the average length of occupancy is for some of you landlords and property managers out there. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
