What should I look for in property manager

Hello Everyone,

I am planning to meet up with a few property manager over the weekend . I am wondering if you guys give me a few tips on what to ask and what to look out for when we meet them. Should I meet them face to face and bring them over to our property? I read a few articles online but would like to hear from you guys.
