Best way to do background checks?

Over the last year and a half I’ve accumulated 45 units and haven’t done any official background check on any of the placed tenants. (Knock on wood) I’ve not had any trouble finding decent tenants but I feel like I’m on borrowed time. Is there a site for a annual fee that I can do checks vs a fee per check?

I use Cozy, they partner with a site (I believe an Experian offshoot) to run background and credit checks.
