What is the best way to connect to Out of State Investors?

Hey ALL

I am an investor in the Alabama market that comes across deeply discounted deals to wholesale quite often. Here lately I have noticed that my deals go to local buyers and I would like to build a network to include more Out of State Investors without having to go through people. I believe this will save me time and hopefully save other investors money without having to pay extraordinary fees to middle people. Does anyone have any advise on how to serve more people out of state? Thanks in advance for your time and attention.

@Brittany Thompson

Add me to your list for birmingham. What you can do is talk to a local title company and run a report for all non owner occupied properties and find out which ones are out of state. Hit me up offline and I may be able to have someone do that for you for minimal costs.
