Book Recommendations about being a Landlord

I am in the process of searching for my first rental property. 

In the meantime I would appreciate any book recommendations about land-lording. 

I know I will gain most of my knowledge through experience, but I enjoy reading so any recommendations are welcome.

I use the library for my books, so maybe not as relevant but still FREE!!

 I will take your advice and look on the forums. I just like sitting down with a book is all.
