Buy with me and I'll break your lease for free... Which Podcast?

Once upon a time I recall listening to a BP Podcast where the interviewee was talking about an addendum he includes with his tenants lease where if they use him to purchase a home, he will break their lease for free. "Buy with me and I'll break your lease for free" I believe is the phrase he was using in the podcast. I can't seem to find it.

Does anyone recall which podcast that was?

I'd love to hear from any agent/landlords that do something like this.
