Where do we store CAP EX?! A new member question.

Hey all,

Where do we store CAPEX (capital expenditure) and other long-term money?

Under mattress? Bank account? Stock market? Use it for next property and become uber-leveraged?

@Brandon Turner often talks about saving $100 per month or so for CAP EX, but we might not need this for years (hopefully). Where do we put it?

FYI: CAPEX means the long term "capital expenditures" of a rental property such as new roof, new water heater, ect.

@Kevin Barney I just keep it in my Business account. I would surely use this towards buying a deal if I needed to and handle emergencies with a credit card if necessary. Cash sitting in the bank isn't making money.
