Rental property investment in Middleburg, FL
I'm planning to buy a rental property in Middleburg, Fl area. It's near Ravines conservation area and wanted to check if any one of you have any insights for that area. Is investing in a condo would be ok in that area? How hard it is to get it rented and how bad would be the vacancies? I also have a couple of properties in Jacksonville FL.
Any help or insights would be great!
