Post: What's the best strategy to find a buyer for a STR?

I am looking to sell a STR, Are there buyers who buy a fully furnished property? or do I need to empty it? What should be right way to find these investor buyers in the market? I am out of state and don't know a lot about the Jacksonville market today.
The property also has firepit in the backyard, smart door lock, cameras, thermostat, and router installed. The appliances are also all brand new installed this year- fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

When I was starting out 5 years ago, I was in a similar situation. What worked for me well, instead of going out to find the entire team at once, I decided to find a real estate agent first who's the first person who you'll work on deciding on the property anyway.
I talked with a few real estate agents to find out what kind of listings/deals they have and how investor-friendly they are. Once I found an experienced real estate agent, building the team wasn't very hard, they usually have mortgage brokers, attorneys, property managers, and inspectors in their network which they are happy to work with again and refer to you.

I'm planning to buy a rental property in Middleburg, Fl area. It's near Ravines conservation area and wanted to check if any one of you have any insights for that area. Is investing in a condo would be ok in that area? How hard it is to get it rented and how bad would be the vacancies? I also have a couple of properties in Jacksonville FL.
Any help or insights would be great!

I am a first time out of state buyer from California, looking for a good rental property investment in Jacksonville area. I have found a property in 32210 and wanted to get thoughts of people who are familiar with the neighborhood.
Is the area close to Cedar Hills estate around Wilson Blvd and Blanding Blvd a good neighborhood? Is 110k for a 1100 sq ft property sound ok? The property is in a good condition and rented at the moment.
