Charging for Wall Damage

I always struggle with “normal wear and tear” regarding wall damage after a tenant moves out. Do you charge for painting over numerous nail holes in the walls?

@Dean W. small nail holes, no, big chunks of dry wall, yes.  :)  You were probably painting the walls anyways.  I mean if there are decals or stickers or stuff like that sure. maybe hit them with $50-100 and take pictures!!
