Hello Bigger Pockets world. I’ve been obsessing over the podcasts and books over the past several months and finally made the leap. We are planning to rent out our current home ( Bentonville ) here in the next month or so. We’re trying to build up a list of recommended Handymen, GC’s, Landscapers, plumbers, HVAC contacts, with Handymen being the first on our list to nail down.
