Going to buy a property. How is the market in Rochester NY?
I am interested in purchasing a property in Rochester NY in 2019? New to investing. Any input for Rochester. I live out of state but it seems like there are cash flow opportunities. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Depends where you buy your investment. I lease properties for private clients and we have found really good tenants at really good rents. It depends what area and the condition of the property. I have clients that have houses in the 19th Ward and i have found tenants (medical residents, doctors, nurses etc that prefer that location due its proximity to the U of R and Strong Hospital). There are other areas where rents are high- South Wedge, Winton Road, etc in the City. Greece, Webster, Irondequoit- for example a 3 bedroom 1,.5 bath can rent for $1400+ depending on the condition.
