1st duplex in SE Lansing

Hi BP community!

I'm currently under contract for my first duplex in SE Lansing, MI near Holt.

Since I am not local to this area, I am looking for some recommendations for plumbers & electricians to fix a few small things and help in the future.

Also, I checked the events page & have not seen a Lansing meetup for January - anyone aware of a group that meets regularly?
