How to deal with recurring late payments?
I have now 3 months that I been sending to my tenant 5-day notices to pay or vacate on the 6th of each month, but they just wait to the 5th day of the notice and pay (last minute). What can/should I do? I have been thinking that I need to try to terminate the lease agreement.
