Problem tenant leaving, can I tell other tenants?

Hello! I have a 5 unit multifamily in Ohio with one inherited problem tenant moving out by March 1. I have multiple tenants complaining about this problem tenant and I would like to let them know they are moving out soon. Am I allowed to let others know a tenant is moving out? Is it legal? Trying to decrease phone calls/complaints. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

I don't see any reason that their occupancy status would be protected information. That said, if they don't move out you're going to look pretty foolish. I would be non-committal, if I had to tell the other tenants anything, and let them know that you're aware of a problem, it is being reviewed and it is being handled accordingly and leave it at that.
