Rent Collection App or Software?

Question

Hello fellow landlords!  What is your favorite rent collection app or software?  I've been doing it old school for too many years and I'm tired of checking the PO Box and driving around to get cash.  So, what do you use?  Cozy?  Something else?  HUGE PLUS if it will seamlessly integrate with QuickBooks Online.  Thanks!!

@Kelly Moreland we use the app "Venmo" to collect rent payments.

I really like it because you can send rent requests and late rent reminders.  The app is hooked up to a checking account. It also provides a clean paper trail when it comes to your management and rent collection history.

@Gita Faust - Not sure about that. I know you can export financial reports. You could always ask the support chat (in-app). They're pretty helpful.

@Kelly Moreland - If you want payments to go to separate bank accounts, check out tellusapp.com  It's actually replaced QuickBooks for me.

Thanks, @Gita Faust!  That is an app I have not heard of before.  Probably more than I need for right now for my handful of rentals although the integration would be nice.  I neglected to mention I had been using QBO to send invoices and collect ACH payments (just in the last six months or so) but I don't like that all of the payments go to one bank account.

@Kelly Moreland Right within QuickBooks Online you can collect rent by ACH or CC.

There is an app billandpay dot com it has a portal for tenants and sync with QuickBooks Online and Desktop.

We only allow Cozy in our leases. No more "check is in the mail" BS to deal with, either the rent is paid or it isn't.
