Should I stop receiving payments after eviction default?
After few months of late payments and some back-and-forward, last Monday we had eviction hearing and they defaulted by not showing. I still have Cozy accepting payments, and they have scheduled April payment for this coming Friday, but they still own us March. I think if I Iet them pay April we will restart the whole thing again. Also, they asking to stay couple more months, but I have not replied anything. Not sure what to do. What should I do?
