My husband and I just purchased a duplex in the downtown area of St Charles next to St Louis. We are thinking of listing it with Air BnB but we live an hour and a half north of there. Does anyone know any property managers in that area who could manage it and what is the normal rate to pay a property manager to manage an Air BnB?
