What is the best state that has laws that favors landlords? I am in NY and laws here, could (imo) break you. Any advice is appreciated it

Arkansas, Its a criminal  to stay in the house after the eviction!

I Think Louisiana is pretty good to landlords.. We do not have to post a notice to file eviction and we can get it done in less than a month. Sometimes 10 days!
