Recommended NARPM courses

Fellow property managers, I'm considering joining NARPM this year since my company continues to grow nicely (although they do not have a chapter in my state). Some of the on-line courses look interesting and I wanted to get some feedback from anyone who has taken the courses as to which ones you felt were most beneficial to your business and professional growth.

Good to know Mike. I'll refer anyone I can to you who is down that way. For now we manage Middlesex and Somerset counties both residential and commercial.
