What is your preferred Property Management Software for listing?

Trying to weed through all the reviews of different Property Management Software options and the list is endless. I'm wondering which ones are the top contenders from the BiggerPockets community? Are there any favorites that stand out? I'm zeroing in on TurboTenant even though RentManager was recommended on one of the PodCasts.

I use Excel to keep up with my properties. I have a tab for each property. I have formulas that automate the math. I have hyperlinks to take me to any web sites. It makes it easy to do my taxes at the end of the year. I have another tab that summarizes all my individual property tabs. I can't see needing anything else as I can easily customize for any changes.
