Hello everyone!

I recently closed on my very first rental property (duplex) in CT and was wondering if I could get some recommendations on which software programs each of you prefer to use. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated as well!

I use QB for bookkeeping and I use Rentecdirect.com for webased PM software.
