Advice for someone just starting

I am 20 years old and doing all I can to learn about starting my process in real estate investing. Any advice anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone is from or knows anyone from or near the Delaware area who has experience in single/multi family rentals, point me in their direction please. Thank you

Some general advice,

Build your credit scare and fast as you can.

Save every dollar you can.

Attend every investing meet up you can find.

Read every basic investing book in your library.
