Property management software

Jordan Salisbury
Posted

Hello,

We are starting our property management division of our company this year. We are going to have a combination of long term and short term rentals. We are looking for a property management software that can do both long term and short term. We also want it to be able to talk to VRBO so we don’t have double bookings. If anyone has any suggestions of property management software!

@Jordan Salisbury I am a land lord and my PM’s have used many different programs, rent tech, Yardi, and others. Buildium is the very best from a land lords perspective. I use it to manage my storage units so it should be ok for short term rentals. RR
