Today, we were in the neighborhood and stopped by our home. We discovered multi people adults and children have moved in without consent/ notice/ in violation of tenants section 8 agreement. Also, discovered a medium size dog living in our screened patio plaster w dog feces/Urine. The tenant is trashing our beautiful luxury home and I would like to know what is The easiest way to get her out of my home! Also, she has stated she would not do it again ; Is their a world where I could trust this tenant? We advised that we need to examine our home for damage. I feel disrespected and as if I cannot fretboard the tenant. I still that too personal? Should we collect addition deposit? I still that allowed? What would you all recommend?

Why is a section 8 tenant in a 400k/new construction property?
