If I set up a Google voice number for my tenants, and there's an emergency after hours, do I need an additional google number for them? I dont have a property manager nor do I want to give them my personal number.  Hope someone can help with this.

12 years, 20 SFHs, self PM, tenants have my personal number, never a 3 am call, never been a problem.  If there is a maintenance issue, they text me and I generally text them the number of a contractor. Also, M2M leases - if tenants misbehave, I resolve it. Easy Peasy Janpaneasy (credit Brooks Hatlen).
